Gina Rafkind

Gina Rafkind is a certified Yoga Instructor E-RYT 500 who has a passion to help others connect to their inner radiant Self through movement, self-inquiry and awareness-raising perspective shifts. Gina started her own yoga journey over 27 years ago to help heal her chronic anxiety and to help handle a health challenge. She became a teacher to share her experiences throughout this evolving journey of healing her body/mind. Gina also has a Certification of Completion for The Roll Model Method: The Science of Rolling created by Jill Miller, Founder of Tune Up Fitness, Acutonics Level 1 & 2 Sound Therapy Training, Level 1 Animal Flow Certification, Reiki Level 3 Certification and Crystal Practitioner Certification from Hibiscus Moon Crystal Academy.
