Jim Conley

Jim Conley is an investment banker, meditation teacher, and Co-Founder of The Mindforce Institute. He is certified in Contemplative Psychotherapy by Nalanda Institute, an intensive program integrating Western contemporary psychotherapy, neuroscience, and wellness psychology with the mindfulness and compassion-based systems of Buddhist psychology and meditation. He is also certified in Compassion-Based Resilience Training, an evidence-based course for building resilience and well-being of mind, heart, and body using mindfulness and compassion practice as well as visualization techniques, somatic awareness, and breathwork. His mindfulness training curriculum integrates contemplative skills from India and Tibet with contemporary breakthroughs in neuroscience, positive psychology, and integrative medicine.
