Kate Hagerman

Kate Hagerman began her classical hatha yoga training as a teenager with Sri Swami Satchidananda. She is a certified Embodied Anatomy and Yoga Teacher through Bonnie Bainbridge-Cohen's School for Body-Mind Centering, has studied Meditation extensively with Phagyab Rinpoche, and Iyengar Yoga with Genny Kapuler. Kate is also a certified Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy Practitioner. She teaches Embodied Anatomy and Yoga, Meditation, and Therapeutic Yoga in Woodstock and New York City.
