Kristen Rae Stevens AyP, E-RYT500 is a nationally certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and Yoga Specialist. She has been in private education and counseling for over 20 years. In addition, Kristen Rae has introduced Ayurveda to Primary Care Physicians at Mount Sinai Hospital, herbalists at Arborvitae School of Traditional Medicine, medical students for the Student Integrative Medicine programming at Sinai, and yogis in various esteemed teacher training programs in NYC and abroad.
