Marni Pogachefsky

Marni is an international yoga teacher, integrative life coach, and energy medicine practitioner. Previously a management consultant who experienced burn out after years of travel and corporate climbing, Marni has dedicated herself to traveling the world & studying different traditions… from yoga and meditation, to shamanism, hypnosis, NLP and more.. She identifies and compiles practical tools and techniques that combat burn out and support self reflection. Marni has taught these techniques and lead retreats to hundreds of children and adults around the world. She is passionate about combatting burn out and integrating mindfulness into the corporate world. Marni encourages thoughtfulness, curiosity, and play into her teachings, and encourages students to see how perfectly imperfect we all are. This weekend integrates many of the traditions and tools she’s experienced into a holistic retreat for mind, body, and spirit.
