Mj is a practitioner of the healing art of sound, a certified Heath coach at IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition), and a longtime shiatsu therapist who also incorporates reiki and eft (emotional freedom technique) into his work.He has been blessed to connect with Grand Gong Master Don Conreaux and has been studying with and assisting him since their first meeting at Ananda Ashram in the fall of 2013. Michael has also been blessed to work with (Grand Master) Don at Integral Yoga's seasonal gong baths, and at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine for Swami Satchitananda's 100th anniversary celebration.Michael is the founder of (SVAHA) Sound Vision Alchemy for Harmonic Attunement) which is a collective of sound healing yogi musicians. More recently he has performed with the Brothers Of the Gong at Tibet house's Mindful Music and Meditation series, and for cancer survivors with the You Can Thrive foundation
