Pamela Kalechofsky

Pamela teaches yoga and dance to help others align their mind, body, and soul and to expand the experience of self through spatial awareness. Movement is an extraordinary gift that evokes happiness. She is an advocate of finding your joy and carrying the light in your heart forward. Pamela is an RYT-500 Yoga Instructor. She is also a Reiki Level II, Thai massage, and sound practitioner. Pamela holds a BFA in Dance and MA in Secondary English Education.
