Rebecca Gordon

Rebecca Gordon is a 500-hr registered yoga teacher who has been teaching classes, leading retreats, and workshops in yogic philosophies, asanas, meditation, and breathwork since 2001. She holds an MA in Psychology in Education from Columbia University and an MA in Clinical Mental Health from the Boston Graduate School of Psychoanalysis. Rebecca’s vinyasa classes blend breath-centered movement with Iyengar-focused alignment, creating a holistic mind-body journey that fosters mindfulness, strength, flexibility, and a heightened sense of alignment - both on and off the mat.
