Sarah Eve Cardell is a culinary shaman, making magic in the kitchen and healing from the heart. As an international chef, certified yoga teacher, and shamanic healer, she offers practical tools to lead a happy and healthy life. Sarah Eve is honored to study under the late shaman Ipupiara, a Makunaiman of the Ure-e-wau-wau tribe as well as Sri Dharma Mittra, whom she completed the 200 and 500-hour yoga training. Other inspirational teachers include: Yogi Bhajan, Dona Leova, Gurudev Singh, John of God, and the 13 Indigenous Grandmothers.
