Founder and owner of From Balance.My role as a professional coach follows a lifelong interest in people. Based on a master’s degree in psychology and communication, followed by a corporate career in HR, I have coached executive leaders, business owners and private individuals for more than a decade.I personally believe in the power of a healthy mind, in a strong body, connected by spirit. Through training at the Coaching Training Institute (CTI), I have adapted a coactive approach as the foundation of personal transformation and change. From my own personal balance journey, I know the importance of working on the connection to yourself and being clear on your intentions. A key focus in my coaching is therefore to support you in tapping into your inner voice and identifying your vision and sense of purpose as foundation for your personal goals.Having lived and worked in Europe, North Africa, Southeast Asia, and in the Middle East, I consider myself a global citizen. Denmark, however, will always be the place I think of as home. Currently, I am living in the US from where I am running From Balance Coaching offering individual coaching and retreats designed to stimulate self-awareness and inspire ways to create balance across different life domains.
